This function allows you to temporarily deactivate your PBe User ID.
Once deactivated, you can no longer log in to PBe and PB engage.
All your E-Standing Instructions, if any, will continue to be active and executed on the effective date as usual.

DEACTIVATE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
This function allows you to temporarily deactivate your Card.
Once deactivated, you can no longer perform transaction using your Card.
All your ZIIP/BT/Flexipay transaction, if any, will not be interrupted and will continue to charge on the effective date as usual.
For card deactivation due to Fraud/Scam, recurring/auto billing transactions will be discontinued.
Please call PB Card Services at 603 2176 8555 for assistance on Lost/Stolen or call the number behind your card for Fraud/Scam enquiries.

CANCEL ATM CARD
This function allows you to permanently cancel your ATM Card.
Once cancelled, you can no longer perform transaction using your Card.
Recurring/auto billing transactions will be discontinued.
Please visit any nearest PBB/PIBB branches for card replacement.

If you spot any unusual activities with your account or suspect that your account has been compromised, we strongly recommend you to deactivate your PBe User ID and/or cancel your Credit/Debit or ATM card to prevent further losses.
